I got my new laptop recently and after I did the Windows Update, IE 9 appeared in my laptop. I wanted to keep IE 9, but I couldn't because our projects need to use IE 8 all the time.  It is easy to uninstall IE 9 and roll back to IE 8.

Go to Programs and Features.

Click View installed updates.

Right click Windows Internet Explorer 9 and you can uninstall it.

After rebooting machine, IE 8 is back.

Use CCleaner to remove the software you can’t uninstall in Add/Remove Programs

Today I wanted to uninstall some software like Muddly (Browser) and CA eTrust in my Add/Remove Programs (ARP) . But I couldn’t find change/remove button to uninstall them. I tried to use some online uninstall software to remove them, but they were not helpful. Finally, I found CCleaner helped me uninstall them successfully.

How can you send a file with more than 200 MB to your friends?

I like to use sendspace because I don’t have to register. Only I can do is to upload the file from my PC and enter my friend’s email address. After you click " Upload File", one file will generate one URL and send to your friend's email. If you have 5 files, you need to submit it 5 times. Your friend will have 5 URLs in his email. You can give it a try!
